REMINDER: July 8th Check-In Information

As a reminder, housing check-in will begin at 8:00AM on Sunday, July 8th. The residence hall will not be open before that time and you will not be able to check-in to the residence hall before July 8th. 

If you are arriving to NY before the start of the program, you must secure your own housing arrangements until  you are able to check-in on Sunday, July 8th at 8:00AM.

REMINDER: NYU Student Health Center Services

The Student Health Center (212-443-1000) offers an array of services directed at student wellness and prevention, including programs dealing with substance abuse, nutrition and eating concerns, and relationship issues. Medical services for urgent care only are available at the Health Center. Please refer to the following links for guidelines and more information about what constitutes as “urgent care” and how to make an appointment:

There is a $10 walk-in fee for medical services without an appointment. Students can pay for that fee with cash, check, credit card or campus cash. Medical Service hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00am – 6:00pm; Friday 10:00am – 6:00pm; and Saturday 10:00am – 4:00pm. Pharmacy hours are Monday through Thursday 9:00am – 6:00pm; Friday 10:00am – 6:00pm; and Saturday 10:00am – 4:00pm.

How To Submit Your NYU ID Card Photo Online

Getting your NYU photo ID — known around campus as your NYUCard — is now easier than ever. Starting at https://photoid.nyu.edu/, you can now get your NYUCard in three easy steps.

Submitted photos must meet the following criteria:

  • Your photo must be taken against a white background.
  • You must be facing straight towards the camera.
  • The top of your head and both sides must be completely visible in the photo.
  • You cannot be wearing a hat or dark sunglasses.
  • After cropping, your final photo must be at least 480 pixels wide by 600 pixels high.
