Program Dates:

Check-in: July 9th, 2017 (Students must arrive to residence hall no later than 1PM; Hall opens at 8AM)
Check-out:
August 5th, 2017 (Students must leave the residence hall by 12PM, noon)

Program Payment Deadlines:

March 22, 2017 (unless otherwise noted in your acceptance email)

  • Confirmation Deposit of $2,000 – credit card payments are ONLY accepted for the DEPOSIT. Full payment for the program CANNOT be charged to a credit card. This  tuition and housing deposit goes towards the full cost of tuition and fees and the full cost of housing.
  • A student’s acceptance email outlines how to submit the $2,000 deposit via credit card payment.  Please follow the instructions closely.
  • An international student who is ACCEPTING their place in the program or a US student who is ACCEPTING their place in the program but can only access an international bank account can also choose to follow these steps
    • Make your $2000 deposit by clicking here.  You can enter the amount of $2000 and make a one-time payment to secure your spot (include your Nnumber from your acceptance email and the program name “2017 Tisch Summer High School Program”).

May 11, 2017

  • Submit the remaining balance of payment for Tisch Summer High School Program. Ebills will be available starting April 11. Information on how to pay your bill can be found here. Please note: credit card payments are NOT accepted to pay the remaining balance. A full list of tuition and fees can be found here.

Housing Application Deadline:

March 30, 2017

  • Confirmed students will receive an email around March 6 on how to complete a housing application.  Please following the instructions closely. You will need to:
    1. Activate your NYU net ID and activate your NYU email address to gain access to the housing application, your bursar bill and many other items. Students received their NYU net ID and N# or Student Identification number in their acceptance email which will help them access all these items.
    2. All information regarding billing, housing, and the program will be sent through your NYU email address. Please closely follow the instructions listed in the email you receive from the Office of Residential Life and Housing regarding completing the housing application to reserve your space in the residence hall.
  • Complete and submit housing application. Housing applications are due on March 30th, 2017.
  • Students are randomly assigned to a roommate by the Office of Residential Life and Housing Services about 2 weeks before the start of the program. Roommate requests are not permitted for the Tisch Summer High School Program.
  • Pre-arrival confirmations will be sent by the Office of Residential Life and Housing about three weeks before the start date of the program.

Program Supplemental Forms Deadlines:

In order to participate in the Tisch Summer High School program, all students must submit the following forms to the Office of University Programs no later than June 1, 2017.

All students who completed their Tisch Summer High School Profile Form will be able to upload these forms directly onto our system. You will need to log back into your Tisch Summer High School Profile Form account to upload signed and completed forms. To submit the forms directly via the online supplemental application, follow these instructions:

  1. Our preferred method of submission is to use the online Profile form.
  2. Save the electronic form or scan the hardcopy form to your desktop
  3. Make sure you are logged out of NYU Home.
  4. It will assist you if you have cleared the cache on your browser (for instructions, see here.)
  5. Log-in to your Tisch Summer High School Profile Form  here      (Your log-in information for this page was created when you were applying to the program. You do not need to use your NYU net ID and password to access the NYU Profile.)
  6. Click the “View” option for your Tisch Summer High School Profile Form. Welcome page_Click View

  8. Upload each form under its assigned section for Admitted Student Forms
  9. Click “Save” when you are finished uploading and before you sign out of the application system  Please Note: Once you click “Save” the file name will disappear from the screen and you will see “Upload” reappear, which means you are all set.  There is no need to re-upload the file.

    • Treatment of a Minor Form – all High School students must have health insurance prior to the start of the program or they will not be allowed to participate in the Tisch Summer High School Program. Please upload your Treatment of a Minor into the NYU Profile.

Travel and Emergency Contact Information Form Deadline

In order to participate in the Tisch Summer High School program, all students must complete the following travel form no later than June 1, 2017.

Full payment and completion of all forms by the deadline dates listed above are necessary in order to check-in to the residence hall on Sunday July 9th for the Tisch Summer High School program.
